1 DAY

9 am Lets meet at the Mission Valley Sheraton Hotel parking. Please have breakfast before the tour.
Plaza Rio Tijuana, Calle Paseo de los Heroes 96, Tijuana 22010 Mexico
The short-lived but already iconic sign of Tijuana, "Here begins the country" Route 1. "Aqui empieza la patria" Ruta 1
30 minutes.
Instead of taking the Tijuana-Ensenada transpeninsulat highway, we will take the free highway, without toll, to Ensenada where we will enjoy the curves, the climb and the mountainous landscapes. Perfect for biker fun.
10:30 Ensenada, Baja California
We will arrive at the Port of Ensenada to enjoy a snack with the famous fish and shrimp tacos (not included), THE BEST IN MEXICO. We will continue towards La Bufadora, Punta Banda,
This place is a mandatory stop for any tourist who goes to the Guadaluupe Valley. It is a natural geyser formed by the collision of the sea with the rocks, causing water to shoot towards the sky in the form of a spray. A perfect place to take photographs and admire part of the typical Baja nature.
We return to Ensenada, to arrive at the lunch that the chef has prepared for us for our event.
In Ensenada, the "Madre" restaurant merges Oaxacan and local cuisine, creating a perfect fusion of moles with fish and seafood. The place, a charming 1930s house, is Instagram-worthy and offers a pleasant atmosphere (cost not included).
After our lunch we will check in at the Coral and Marina Hotel. Later, those who like it can go have a beer to watch the sunset at one of the best local breweries. This place can have up to 50 different craft beers. There are always beautiful sunsets in Ensenada. If you wish, you can dinner at the same place or go to another restaurant.

2 DAY.

Buffet breakfast at the hotel, very typical Mexican food such as chilaquiles, tacos, quesadillas, Mexican eggs, beans, etc.
We will leave for our first wine tasting. Clos de tres cantos is a delight for the palate. The owner is a philosopher and his winery is decorated like a monastery where he invites you to enjoy the wine quietly. His labels refer to philosophy, for example: Nada, Resilience, Noesis (included).
Next stop for wine tasting, Chateau Camou. This vineyard is located in the foothills of the Valley mountains. Their wines are emblematic with fantastic notes and aromas. We are going to carry out the premium wine test. 5 wines from the Umbral, Chateau Camou and Reserva line. 1 white or rosé wine, 3 premium reds and a late harvest sweet white (included).
Our lunch at Fauna. The last stop and the best of all. This restaurant is, for us, the icing on the cake. Its flavors are unique, its roasted broccoli or cabbage or its tatemado lamb, typical of the Valle de Guadalupe and Bajamed, take us to another level of flavors. We will enjoy a 4-course menu (not included).
We will take the road to Tecate so as not to repeat the road. We will cross the border calmly and quickly to head to our final destination.
