New players will have to confirm their attendance through Whatsapp even after doing RSVP here. We will not contact you and its your responsibility to do so. Once you are registered with us then a meetup RSVP is enough.
If your name is on the RSVP and you are a new member but you have not contacted us then we will remove your name from the RSVP list 9 hours before the session without informing you and give the slot to another player.
Penalty Rule: Any backout within 9 hours of the session will result in a penalty to be paid in the next game, even if a replacement is found. Players in waitlist need to remove their names if they are no longer planning to join the session as their names can be moved to going on the day of the event and if they remove it after moving to the going list, a penalty will incur if its after the given time.
